When should I arrive for my first Ryde?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the RYDE so we can give you a quick tour, fitted into cycling shoes, introduce you to the instructor, and make sure your bike is set up perfectly. What shoes should I wear? We provide you with a pair of high quality cycling shoes for your first RYDE.

Why do we turn the lights down at Ryde?
