An article on Friday about concerns over misuse of the prepaid cash card MoneyPak described one attribute of the card incorrectly. It can be used once to transfer cash; it cannot be reused.

To request a refund, visit the MoneyPark refund request page and fill out the form. You will need your MoneyPak number from the back of the card/package. Once you complete and submit the form, MoneyPak will verify if funds are available on the card.
